Cancellation Policy for Memberships

Members must email members@crossfitgoosecreek.com at least 7 days prior to the end of their billing cycle in order to cancel a membership.  If a member emails within 7 days of the billing cycle ending, the recurring fee may not be stopped in time.  No refunds will be processed if at least 7 days’ notice is not provided.  For example, if your billing cycle starts on the 22nd of every month, then you need to notify CrossFit Goose Creek of cancellation on or before the 15th in order to ensure the next payment does not process.

If a member is still in the initial 3-month period of the 3 Classes Per Week or Unlimited Classes package, the member will be billed until the third month and the membership will be cancelled the following month.  If a member is still in the initial 12-month period of the Unlimited Upfront package, the membership is automatically cancelled after the 12th month.  No refunds or cancellations will be granted under the initial 3-month or 12-month periods except under the following circumstances:

  • Member moves to another primary residence or job.
  • Member sustains an injury or medical condition that prevents physical activity for a period of longer than 2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy for Punchcards

No refunds for punchcards except under the following circumstances:

  • Member moves to another primary residence or job.
  • Member sustains an injury or medical condition that prevents physical activity for a period of longer than 2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy for Personal Training Appointments

Clients or members may cancel Personal Training appointments up to 12 hours in advance of the appointment time.  If a member does not cancel 12 hours prior or does not show up, the member or client will be charged for the value of the appointment.  Cancellations may be done through the scheduling app online or by emailing members@crossfitgoosecreek.com 

Personal training packages are non-refundable and must be used prior to their expiration.  Partial refunds will only be available under the following circumstances:

  • Member moves to another primary residence or job.
  • Member sustains an injury or medical condition that prevents physical activity for a period of longer than 2 weeks.
